Lake Worth, Florida - Eastern Metal Supply ("EMS") announces the acquisition of Alliance Aluminum Products, Inc.("Alliance"). Located in Bristol, Indiana, Alliance is a leading distributor of aluminum extrusions and related products focused on serving a variety of industries including cargo trailer, horse trailer, fence/rail, dock, fabricators, and other general industrial end markets. This acquisition strengthens EMS' presence in one of the largest aluminum markets in the country and provides a broader platform with exposure to adjacent industries.
